My Gluten-Free Journey
Hi, I’m Stephanie. Sage Living grew out of my family’s gluten-free journey — first through my son’s wheat allergy, then through my own food intolerances and struggles with GERD. Listening to my body and paying attention to the signals it was giving me led to my own decision to eat gluten-free, and I quickly realized how much better I felt without it.
What began as learning to adapt our meals blossomed into a gluten-free cottage bakery and, over time, a deeper passion for helping others find their rhythm too. Through recipes and real-life guidance, I share what’s helped me make gluten-free living feel lighter, sustainable, and truly aligned with who you are.
