- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Add ground chicken, egg and seasonings to bowl. Crumble bread into small pieces and add to ingredients in bowl. Using hands or a utensil, mix all ingredients until combine. The mixture will be slightly sticky. You can lightly wet your hands to more easily form form 8–9 meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a parchment-lined pan and bake for 20–21 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Optional: Pan-sear cooked meatballs in olive oil for extra color and crispy texture—just a quick browning to avoid overcooking.
